I’d heard that Interzone was one of the best places to find great new Science Fiction and Fantasy short story writing in the UK, but until just lately I never got around to checking out the magazine properly. This is the current issue…

…and it’s terrific! In particular, Suzanne Palmer’s The Ceiling is Sky and Incompatible by Will McIntosh are both excellent.
Interzone is published bi-monthly. As well as short stories it also includes illustrations, interviews and reviews. Though the somewhat irascible style of the latter might take some getting used to (if the reviewers don’t like something they’re not exactly shy about saying so!) whenever a new issue of Interzone hits the doormat, I get excited.
