Working round the clock to meet my deadline on this picture book The Totally Terrifying Three. It’s not going well (the deadline not the book). I believe it was Douglas Adams who once said something like: “I love deadlines, I like the swishy noise they make as they fly past.” I think that’s what’s happening to mine if I’m honest. There’s just not enough hours in the day right now. Something we all feel from time to time, I’m sure. Anyway, I’ve just finished this piece.
Right, that’s my tea-break over. Back to it…

Great illustration – particularly like the dragon but then I do have a soft spot for our fiery friends, ever since making friends with Puff the Magic Dragon when I was very young ;0)

Oh don’t get too far behind. Me and the bubba are looking forward to this coming out. We love the pictures already!
